These Terms of Service govern your use of Tether, a daily conversation app for couples operated by Verto Studios. By using Tether, you agree to these terms.
Tether is intended for couples aged 13 and older. You agree to use Tether only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may sign in with Apple to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen.
Tether offers monthly and annual subscriptions that include a 7-day free trial. One subscription covers both partners in a couple. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You may manage or cancel your subscription via your Apple ID settings.
All conversation cards in Tether are created by Verto Studios. You retain ownership of any content you create (mood reactions, notes). By using Tether you grant Verto Studios a license to use anonymized engagement data to improve the service.
Tether is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Verto Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Tether.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Tether after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
